Prosthetics is a field that we have researched and developed in great detail with staggering results.

Various Prosthetic human dummies: from highly detailed hero to basic background dummies

Animals: Horses, Donkeys, Mules, Cows, Elephants, Camels, Goats, sheep etc. Limbs, Wound Applications & Prosthetic Pieces, the possibilities and achievements are endless.

The keyword for our success is ‘Experience’. The talent within the department have contributed to some of the major blockbusters of the last 10 years, providing make-up effects ranging from prosthetic make-up designed and applied to individual artists through to an entire battlefield strewn with the carnage of conflict.

Animatronics

We have been asked to produce some the most complex and intricate animatronics with amazing results.

On one of our recent projects, we recreated a fully functional owl based on still images and video footage.

We were also commissioned to design an animatronic child which had articulated moving limbs and various facial movements.

We have manufactured animatronic horse and camel rigs as well as delicate movement silicone dummies in movies like Saving Private Ryan and Beyond Borders, the animatronic rooster created for Cold Mountain to full on animatronic dummies for Gladiator, Black Hawk Down and Kingdom of Heaven.
